Our policies

 

Deposit

A $100 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This booking fee is to ensure you are serious about your appointment. Your deposit would go towards the total price of your service.

No show policy

If you don’t show up, or do not give us notice for rescheduling 72 hours before your appointment, you forfeit your deposit. You can reschedule only one time (on top of original appointment).

Reschedule policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment please let us know 72 hours before your appointment. You can reschedule only one time after the original appointment date.

Late policy

If you’re 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment and you forfeit 50% of your deposit.

Other policies

· We cannot tattoo pregnant women.
· We cannot tattoo anyone under the age of 18.
· A valid ID is required at the time of your service.
· If you cancel your 2nd session we cannot guarantee we can get you back in in a timely manner, you may have to wait another month (or more) to get back in, if that happens additional costs may be added as this is a time sensitive procedure.
· Results may vary from client to client. Poor after care, or skin type may affect the healed results of your procedure. 
· Deposits are made via PayPal/credit card. We accept all the major credit cards as well as cash for the remaining balance the day of your appointment.
